This is the step where individual group members learn from their collective actions. It is expected that each member may have a different preferred learning style which affects how they may work through the learning cycle. This is a crucial step to prepare for learning faster together.

Experience involves performing a concrete action, i.e. doing something real.

Reflect

Reflection is observing our reaction to our experience, what we felt and thought about it.

Think

Thinking is the polar opposite of experience, it involves analyzing, researching and raitionlizing about the experience.

Act

Acting is transforming our abstract thinking into new active experimentation.
